Registration       A registration fee is charged for registration. This fee will be used for supplies and materials of instructions. The following must be completed for each child:                   1. Immunization                   2. Medical Authorization                       Form-written verification (doctor's statement and                       immunization). Health forms should be obtained                       from the office and returned.                   3. Application completely filled out                   4. Meal Form

Fees       Fees are non-refundable. Fees are payable each Monday morning for the upcoming week. However fees may be paid in advance for several weeks. Once your child is enrolled, fees must be paid continuously the entire week whether your child comes to school or not. If a child misses ten consecutive days without a call from the parent the child will be dropped and a child from the waiting list will be put in his/her place. If a child is ill five (5) days with a doctor's excuse, a space will be held for him/her until he/she is will and one week's tuition will be credited.

Hours of Operation       The Center opens Monday through Friday at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m. If your child is not picked up by 5:35 p.m., you will be charged $1.00 for every minute hereafter. THIS LATE CHARGE MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME THE CHILD IS PICKED UP OR THE MORNING OF THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL DAY. Failure to pay late charges may result in the termination of your child's services from our program.

Meals       We provide a full nutrition program. Mealtime is an important part of the education day. Menus are posted each month. Please notify the school by 9:00 a.m., if you are late and your child will eat lunch.       Each child is served daily:               Breakfast - 8:30 a.m.               Lunch - 11:30 a.m.                        Evening Snack - 3:30 p.m.
